We want your enrolment to be straight forward & flexible.  That's why we have a customer portal so once you are enrolled, you can log on & update your details, make payments online, notify us of your absences & book your own makeups.

What you need to know about enrolments at SuperKids Aquatic.

• Your enrolment is ongoing until you notify us you wish to cancel.

• Once booked, if your day/timeslot is no longer suitable, contact us to move to another class.

• Enrolments are non-refundable & cannot be transferred or credited for later use so we encourage you to use all paid lessons prior to finishing.

• All customers will pay a 2 lesson security bond per swimmer at the time of enrolment that will be held to cover dishonoured or unpaid fees.  If unused when finishing lessons, it will cover your last 2 lessons.

• We offer unlimited makeups provided you use the customer portal to notify us of your absence & provide at least 1 hours notice prior to your scheduled class.  Notifications received in any other way do not attract makeup's. Customers have 6 months to use a makeup from the date of the absence.  

• Makeups are only offered in classes with an available space & are forfeited if unused by their 6 months expiry.  If you book a makeup and can no longer attend, simply mark it absent then rebook it on another date.

• All swimmers in parent & baby classes must wear the Little Toggs 'happy nappy'.  Other brands & styles are not permitted as they are not reliable.

• All swimmers in learn to swim classes, teen fit (swim session) & adult lessons must wear a swim cap.  In all other classes where the participant is not going under the water, long hair must be tied up.

• Aqua shoes cannot be worn as they create too much friction on the pool liner however grip socks may be worn if required.
