Cancelling or suspending

We understand that families may need to stop lessons for a while, or even altogether.  Customers must complete a lesson cancellation or l

or lesson suspension form and return this to us before we can process your request.  (Please note that a standard email, phone call or text is not accepted).    Customers can access these forms in their customer portal.

When suspending or cancelling lessons, the following applies depending on whether your pay monthly or via direct debit:

Direct debit customers -

When you return the suspension or cancellation form, any deductions scheduled within the next 2 weeks will still be processed.  

Monthly payment customers - 

You must return your suspension or cancellation form prior to the 20th of the current month.
