Enrolment process

If you are ready to get started, we can discuss suitable time slots when you:

  • Call our Centre and if a time slot is suitable, completing the enrolment & payment over the phone then signing your enrolment form on your first lesson or,

  • Attending our Centre and completing your enrolment & payment in person.

Cancelling or suspending

We understand that families may need to stop lessons for a while, or even altogether.  Customers must complete a

or                                                         and return this to us before we can process your request.  (Please note that a standard email, phone call or text is not accepted)

When suspending or cancelling lessons, the following applies depending on whether your pay monthly or via direct debit:

Direct debit customers -

When you return the suspension or cancellation form, any deductions scheduled within the next 2 weeks will still be processed. 

Monthly payment customers - 

You must return your suspension or cancellation form prior to the 20th of the current month.
