Existing customers can log on to the customer portal to notify us of an absence, book makeups & update personal details.  

 

Please remember to provide at least 1 hours notice of absences for lessons.  If you notify your absence in any other way unfortunately you will not be allocated a makeup.

When you log on to the customer portal for the first time, you will need to enter your email address & a verification code will be sent to your email.  The email address you enter must match the email address we have on your enrolment.  If they don't match, you won't be able to access the portal and will need to contact us during business hours to update your new email.

How to mark absent & book makeups

To mark absent - 

1. Log in to your customer portal

2. Select your child's name

3. Under 'upcoming attendances' find the class you cannot attend & select 'change'.

4. Follow the confirmation steps.  Once complete, your makeup count will have increased if you completed the process at least 1 hour before your scheduled class.

To book your makeup

1. Log in to your customer portal

2. Select your childs name

3. If you makeup count is greater than zero, select 'book makeup'

4. A list of classes with availability over the next 7 days will appear.  

5. Find the class that suits and select 'book'.

6. Follow the confirmation steps.  Once complete, you will see the booked makeup in your upcoming attendances.
