Teen Fit

Our teen fit program caters for 10-14 year olds who want to stay active but not interested in structured lessons.  These 1 hour classes combine 30 minutes of fitness swimming followed by 30 minutes of an aquatic activity that is varied from week to week.  These activities include fun filled aqua, boxercise or water volleyball or team games.  We create fun atmosphere and play the latest music whilst providing an 'adult free' hour for them to have some fun whilst staying fit.

All participants must be tall enough that their shoulders aren't under the water when standing on the pool floor and must be able to swim a minimum of 16m of freestyle.
